About Us

Park Avenue Security - Robert Santivicca, Kenny Ling, Dennis O'Brien, Steve Dirienzo

We regard our employees as security professionals because all receive the benefit of insight, training, experience, and oversight from the active and retired NYPD law enforcement professionals who lead our company and collectively offer over 100 years of experience. As a result of their law enforcement professions, our supervisors have significant relationships with the NYPD. On numerous occasions, these relationships have proven to be extremely advantageous in addressing problems that require police intervention and emergency service.

Jack Lynch

President and Founder

Jack served as a member of the New York City Police Department for more than 20 years retiring with the rank of Detective 2nd grade. His tenure with the Police Department allowed Jack to acquire extensive investigative knowledge and experience. During a storied career with the Police Department, Jack investigated thousands of crimes, including many very high profile cases while assigned to the Manhattan Detective Division. This extensive experience allowed Jack to develop very close and personal relationships with colleagues from other law enforcement agencies including: the N.Y.C. District Attorneys Office, F.B.I., D.E.A., and the U.S. Secret Service. His tenaciousness, dedication and attention to detail were legendary within the Detective Bureau and responsible for an incredibly high clearance rate.

Upon his retirement from the NYPD, Jack obtained his private investigators license and entered the private security industry. In 1991, Jack formed and launched Park Avenue Security. Drawing from his vast law enforcement experience, his personal relationships within the law enforcement community and his business acumen, Jack developed an innovative security approach to meet the needs of his clients. A security program that is smart, comprehensive, client specific and most importantly, cost effective.

His business approach is simple but effective:

- Offer clients an array of security related services based on a solid foundation of knowledge, experience, integrity, and results.

- Offer clients these quality security services at a reasonable cost.
