We are committed to providing our clients with the highest possible degree of security service.  To achieve this, we will be thorough in our approach and will bring the right resources to the project.  Our work begins with our extensive experience in providing security to a large and diverse clientele.  During the past fifteen years, Park Avenue Security has been involved in providing security to residential housing, corporate, industrial and commercial enterprises through the City of New York.  Our experience has given us a keen understanding into the expectations and security needs of our clients.  Expectations that the facility's rules and regulations are enforced uniformly and consistently resulting in a safe, orderly and secure environment. Expectations that the security personnel assigned to protect the residents, staff, visitors and property are well trained, properly licensed, experienced and qualified to respond to the client's security needs.  Our experience also taught us that there is a fine line between rigorous enforcement and unnecessary intrusiveness.  Consequently, we will develop and institute a security program that is site specific and is fair and balanced in its approach.  A security program that not only provides for good, solid security that addresses the specific security needs of your facility, but enhances the quality of life of the tenants, visitors, and staff.

To accomplish these goals, Park Avenue Security managers will work closely with the Board of Directors, property management team and residents/tenants to identify all the security related problems and issues that are adversely affecting the complex. Collectively, we will develop and implement corrective solutions and programs that adequately address these problems and complaints. Additionally, we will work closely with the local police precinct and other external agencies to ensure that any criminal activity in the vicinity of the complex is properly addressed and resolved to ensure the resident/tenants are safe and secure.  It is our desire and commitment to affect positive change and put in place a security team and program that is both effective and respected.
