Building Access - Park Avenue's front desk personnel will check and verify ID cards for all employees entering the building.  Our personnel will sign-in visitors, notify the building tenants of the visitor's presence, receive authorization for visitors to  proceed and carefully monitor all visitor movements until their departure from the building.  Their departure will be documented and recorded. 

Emergency Response - Our premium security staff are trained in all security and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of the building occupants.  In addition to providing a secure environment that is air tight, our personnel received continuous training in the detection and proper procedures for reporting fires, building evacuations, responding to bomb threats and attending to medical emergencies. All emergencies will be thoroughly documented and the subject of a written report. 

Electronic Surveillance/Monitoring Systems - Our personnel have been trained for and have extensive experience in operating and monitoring the numerous electronic systems that are available and essential to ensure the optimum protection of any facility, including CCTV, Access Control, Class "E" Fire systems and Bio Metric.  Our personnel will ensure that these detection and prevention systems are utilized to their maximum potential.
